THE IT / RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT:

The IT / R&D Department’s major responsibilities are:

1)      To provide information to the movement on various areas of interest.

2)    To support and assist in any special projects being pursued by the movement by supplying relevant information and research.

3)   To develop and support the League’s information systems in order to that it might support the movement more efficiently.

This year the department has prepared a number of Survey Topics in order to analyse and evaluate the status of the movement. We have also been assisting with the Debit Card Project.

The department has also recently worked on an IT Vision for the Credit Union Movement and participated and provided support for the Technology in the Workplace Seminar.

The department also has produced a number of Technical Bulletins.
